Orin Shefler is a dual-qualified (Israel & New York) technology and energy lawyer with 20 years of experience in complex energy and high-tech transactions. He focuses on oil and gas, renewable energy and energy storage projects and has held roles including founding Shefler Law Office, and serving as General Counsel of a Nasdaq traded cleantech company. Orin advises on energy and tech law, including establishing JVs, PPAs, EPCs, compliance, and project finance. He is also a researcher and lecturer on energy and maritime policy.
