Lior Hanukkah

Lior is the CEO of Hi-Center Ventures, a center for biotechnology and business entrepreneurship in the innovation district in Haifa. Lior has over 20 years of experience in investments and venture capital investments, in management and consulting for start-ups, consulting for investors, and leading capital raising processes in Israel and abroad .

Hila Ehrenreich

Hila is the CEO of the National Center for Blue Economy and Innovation in Israel. Hila has more than 15 years of experience in the field of environment and infrastructure. Previously, she was the vice president for business development and regulations at a technological parallel and CEO of a government company in the maritime sector.

Professor Shaul Horev

Shaul is the director of the Research Center for Marine Policy and Strategy (MPS) at the National Center for the Blue Economy in Israel. Shaul is a naval prince in the service of the IDF who retired with the rank of brigadier general, and held senior positions in the Israeli security system. Shaul was a professor of political science, specializing in naval strategy and Israel’s defense policy these days, and managed several academic cars.
