Professor Shaul Horev

Shaul is the director of the Research Center for Marine Policy and Strategy (MPS) at the National Center for the Blue Economy in Israel. Shaul is a naval prince in the service of the IDF who retired with the rank of brigadier general, and held senior positions in the Israeli security system. Shaul was a professor of political science, specializing in naval strategy and Israel’s defense policy these days, and managed several academic cars.
