
Dr. Sharoni Feldman is a research fellow at the Maritime Policy & Strategy Research Institute, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa. He completed his postdoctoral research in aeronautics at the Technion, focusing on collaborative work of autonomous agents and sensor and ad-hoc networks. Dr. Sharoni Feldman also holds an MSc in Business Administration/Information Systems from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion. For decades, Dr. Sharoni Feldman has led key R&D activities in high-tech companies in Israel and abroad, both in technological and economic-managerial aspects. Dr. Sharoni Feldman has extensive experience teaching in academia. In the industry, he has been involved in optimization and approximation processes, real-time management of resource-constrained processes, radio communication, telephony and internet, real-time databases, swarms, ad-hoc networks, autonomous decision-making, autonomous learning, and more.
