Graduate of the M.A. research track in ‘National Security and Maritime Strategy” in the Department of International Relations, and has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with specialization certificate in International Relations.

Her Ph.D. research deals with political theories of governance, sovereignty, and territorial design.

In the context of the maritime domain her fields of research are: maritime security, law enforcement and the constabulary dimension, maritime governance, maritime strategy, and effectiveness measurement
