Executive Committee of MPS
The Institute’s Executive Committee represents MPS stakeholders.
It's functions include:
- Ensuring that MPS’s activities align with the goals defined in the Institute’s founding document, and that its policies are consistent with the overall policies of its stakeholders (the Israeli National Center for Blue Economy, The Israel Navy Veterans association (I.N.V.A.) and donors)
- Assisting in the formulation of the Institute’s annual work plan and monitoring implementation to ensure alignment with its objectives
- Authorizing MPS’s annual budget
- Supporting efforts to secure donations and other resources necessary for MPS operations
- Approving MPS’s annual report
- Convening at least twice a year (including for approval of the annual work plan and review of the yearly summary)
